Fourth Quarter 2003 3rd Party Certification
Warren Rogers Associates, Inc. (WRA) announces the successful completion of a Third Party Certification of its PetroNetwork S3 storage tank leak detection system. Ken Wilcox Associates, Inc. conducted the evaluation of the PetroNetwork S3 system. The National Work Group on Leak Detection Evaluations has completed its review of the Third Party Evaluation and has added the method to its “List of Leak Detection Methods for Storage Tank Systems.” The PetroNetwork S3 System can be used for all motor fuels stored in complex tank systems up to 100,000 gallons in capacity and that turn over product throughputs in excess of 2.7 million gallons per month.

The PetroNetwork S3 system was designed to meet the precise wet stock management requirements of Truck Stops, hypermarket fueling facilities, and large volume petroleum retailers. The systems are already in active operation at car rental facilities, Truckstops, and hypermarket facilities nationwide.



First Quarter 2004 Patent Published
The U.S. Patent and Trademark office published U.S. patent 6691061 on February 10, 2004. This utility patent applies to a method for measuring the operational perfomance of fluid systems which use a card reader to record transactions and product withdrawals. The named inventors on the patent are Dr. Warren F. Rogers, J. Randall Collins, and Jillanne Jones and it is assigned to Warren Rogers Associates, Inc. (WRA). WRA has developed precision fuel management applications that have yielded five existing and several pending U.S. and International patents.



First Quarter 2005 Pilot Travel Centers Rollout Complete
Middletown, Rhode Island, April 8, 2005 - Warren Rogers Associates, Inc. (WRA) announced today that they have completed the rollout of the PetroNetwork S3 Fuel Management System at all Pilot TravelCenter locations nationwide. Pilot TravelCenters, headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, operates in 39 states and is the largest operator of travel centers and the largest seller of over-the-road diesel fuel in the United States.

WRA has provided monitoring and fuel management services for 25 years and developed the PetroNetwork S3 system to meet the precise wet stock management requirements of Truck Stops, hypermarket fueling facilities, and very active retail petroleum sites. The PetroNetwork S3 System can be used for all motor fuels stored in complex tank systems up to 100,000 gallons in capacity and that turn over product throughputs in excess of 2.7 million gallons per month. In addition to providing monitoring of tanks and associated lines, the PetroNetwork S3 system provide remote meter diagnostics, dispenser flow rates, and transaction and delivery audits.
